Collected telekung will be donated or upcycled to benefit the community. In 2026, we aim for 2,000 trade-ins, continuing our commitment to positive impact and sustainability. Siti Khadijah Trade-In Initiative

Trade-In Jer campaign was introduced to encourage customers to responsibly part with their pre-loved telekung while enjoying special rewards when purchasing a new one.

In the previous editions of this initiative, collected telekung were carefully cleaned, repacked, and donated (wakaf) to individuals and communities in need.

2026 marks the third time Siti Khadijah is running this campaign, continuing our commitment to create positive impact through responsible practices.

This year, we aim to expand the initiative through upcycling, allowing pre-loved telekung to be transformed into useful items that can benefit the community and targeting around 2,000 telekung trade-ins during the campaign period.

Our trade-in policy

Trade in your way at selected Siti Khadijah Store. We'll help every step of the way.

All brands are accepted for telekung trade-in under this policy.

Telekung with major tears or damage are not accepted here.

Used telekung cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash payments.

Used telekung cannot be returned once the transaction has completed.

Customers bringing complete telekung sets will receive a rebate up to RM50.

Voucher is valid for one-time use within same receipt day.

Customers must present original receipt within seven days after transaction.

Valid for minimum RM250 transactions for trade-in and non-discount purchases.

Used telekung must meet specified criteria set by Siti Khadijah.
