FamilySK Terms & Conditions

  1. FamilySK Loyalty Program applications are open to the public who make any purchase except employees and staff of Siti Khadijah (under Siti Khadijah Apparel SDN BHD)
  2. Malaysia residents and non-residents over 18 years old with local mobile numbers are eligible.
  3. By utilizing the benefits and privileges of FamilySK Loyalty Program, members are deemed to agree and accept the terms and conditions of this loyalty program.
  4. FamilySK Loyalty Program and membership is non-transferable or refundable.
  5. Members are required to present their phone number (and NRIC where applicable)for verification when collecting birthday privileges and points redemption rewards at participating Siti Khadijah stores only.
  6. FamilySK loyalty points are earned based on the net amount paid by the customer (for both full-price and discounted items) as reflected in the official invoice / receipt (excluding GST or SST, as applicable). Each point is earned according to tiers and purchase amount. The earning of each point is based on the tiers decided by Siti Khadijah in its sole discretion.
  7. FamilySK loyalty points can only be redeemed through FamilySK online portal or within stores only. All redemptions are subject to availability and while stock lasts.
  8. The redemption of FamilySK loyalty points are NOT applicable to combine with in-store promotion, privilege card, discounts, vouchers and coupons.
  9. FamilySK loyalty points and redemption are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
  10. Once reward points have been redeemed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  11. Balance of reward points cannot be carried forward more than 12 months and will be forfeited 12 months after each points earned.
  12. Only one (1) member is allowed to redeem the reward points within a single receipt and combining of multiple members reward points for a single item or receipt are not allowed.
  13. Any item purchased by using point redemption is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  14. Any discount can only be applied on full-priced merchandise at participating Siti Khadijah stores and cannot be clubbed with any other discounts, vouchers, coupons and rewards points.
  15. By signing up FamilySK Loyalty Program, you agree that:

You have read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions; you are eligible for Membership; and you agree that Siti Khadijah Apparel SDN BHD may collect and disclose your data obtained by us as a result of your membership, for purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our privacy policy. In the event of any abuse of the FamilySK Loyalty Program and its benefits or providing incorrect details by any customer, without prejudice to its legal rights and remedies, Siti Khadijah Apparel SDN BHD reserves the right to terminate the membership of that customer or withdraw the benefits at its sole discretion (including forfeiture of all points earned). The customer shall not be entitled to any benefits, if found to be involved in any act of fraud, shoplifting, cheating or any unlawful act.
  17. Promotional materials will only be sent to members who meet the minimum criteria as determined by Siti Khadijah (under  Siti Khadijah Apparel SDN BHD)
  18. Members have to write in to customerservice@sitikhadijah.com for any cancellation on membership.
  19. Members are advised to write to customerservice@sitikhadijah.com of any changes of mailing address or other personal particulars to avoid correspondence being sent to incorrect address, e-mailbox or mobile phone.
  20. FamilySK Loyalty Program is subject to "Force Majeure events" and Siti Khadijah Apparel SDN BHD shall have no obligation to offer any of the benefits during the pendency of the "Force Majeure events".
  21. Points redemption and collection are not eligible for transactions carried out at factory outlets or departmental stores, including but not limited to Siti Khadijah stores/counters at Freeport A'Famosa Outlet, SOGO Kuala Lumpur and Lapangan Terbang Sultan Ismail Petra.

  22. The management of Siti Khadijah Apparel SDN BHD reserves the right to add, alter, amend and revise these Terms & Conditions of FamilySK Loyalty Program without prior notice. Any new or amended terms & conditions will override the existing FamilySK membership terms & conditions.
