All redemption items until 1nd Sept 2024 are listed at all our boutiques. Starting 2nd September 2024, available redemption items will be shown in our loyalty web app.

Yes, you can redeem the points at our boutiques nationwide. Items for redemption is listed at all our boutiques.

If you do not redeem the points before 2nd Sept, we will transfer the points to our new loyalty program, and the points will expire on 1st of September 2025 .

Starting 2nd Sept, all customers with Maroon and Black label will be entitled to 5% discount on all non promotional purchases, both in retail and our website sitikhadijah.com
