2. Now you are ready to shop! You can search for a specific product by using the search bar. If you're looking for a range of products, you can browse by category by clicking SHOP in the menu. Our latest items are located under the NEW ARRIVALS category and you can filter your search by size and colour.
3. Once you have found the product that you desire, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART.
4. You can either click on the Continue Shopping or review the items in your cart by clicking on View Cart & Checkout.
5. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. If you have a discount code you'd like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.

When will you process my orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours once the payment has been made. However, for orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.

When can I expect to receive my order?
In normal circumstances orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days after payment is cleared. For international orders, delivery time is dependant on courier service and customs clearance.

Is my payment secure?

Return Policy / Refund
What is your return & exhange policy?
Our return policy are as follows:
1. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after receiving the product ordered from the official SITI KHADIJAH website (www.sitikhadijah.com).
2. Any products for which the return request has not been submitted within the above period are not eligible for return.
3. Products shipped for return must be new in original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original product packaging complete with the original price and product label.
4. SITI KHADIJAH reserves the right to refuse returns if the products shipped for return does not meet the above requirements.
5. Requests for return, exchange & refunds for products purchased must be addressed to our Customer Service Team via email : [email protected] or live chat at the bottom right of the page.
6. For wrong sizing, returns are accepted to be exchanged with the same product only.
7. Returns, exchanges & refund are not allowed for change of mind.
1. Once we received the returned products, it will take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.
2. If the product has been discounted with a promotion or coupon code, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount you paid.
