Do I need to register?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status. However, you may still checkout as a guest.
How do I create an account?

No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter. By signing up, you will be the first to know of our new arrivals, exclusive discounts, promotions and flash sales.
Will you pass my details to any other companies?
No, we will not pass your details on to other companies. Don't worry! All information you provide us with is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you've forgotten your password, just click the"Forgotten Your Password" and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you right away. If you still do not receive an email, write to [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.
What is your online security policy?
We want to make sure you're safe and secure when you're shopping with us online. Rest assured we do not sell nor disclose any customers' personal information to other parties for any purposes.
How do I place my order?
First time shopping with SITI KHADIJAH? We're happy to serve and make you happy. Follow the simple steps to place your order.
1. First step is to register with us as a member by clicking here.
2. All you need to do now is browse! You can search for something specific by using the search bar or search by image by clicking the CAMERA icon. If you're looking for a particular type of item, you can browse by category located along the top of the page. Our latest items are located under the WHAT'S NEW category link and you can filter your search by size and colour.
3. Once you have found the item you want, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART.
4. You can either click on the Continue Shopping or review the items in your cart by clicking on View Cart & Checkout
5. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. If you have a discount code you'd like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.
What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

I couldn't proceed with payment and my order status is Pending. How do I proceed?
Kindly contact us immediately and we'll assist you to proceed order by doing manual payment transaction. If your payment by credit card we will cancel your order and create a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
You will need to call us on our hotline as soon as possible so that we won't process your order.
Why was my order canceled?
In most cases, orders are automatically canceled if we do not receive payments from you. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at [email protected] and we'll check accordingly.
I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience cause. Please email us your order ID and the item you did not receive to [email protected]
I've received defect/incorect item. What do I do?
We are terribly sorry about that! Please email us your order ID, the photo of the defect/incorrect item to [email protected]. You will then need to return the defect/incorrect received item back to us. Click here for information on how to return an item.
Can I change my address once my order is placed?
It is best to contact us immediately and provide us the order number and correct address as soon as order is placed. If it is doable, we will assist you accordingly in amending the address.
When will you process my orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. However, for orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.
What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

When can I expect to receive my order?
For shipping to Malaysian addresses and in normal circumstances, orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days after payment is cleared. International orders will take longer depending on delivery times and customs clearance.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can either pay by:

Make an offline bank transfer via cash deposit machine or manual online transfer.
Please make your payment into our bank account before 12pm next day or your order will be cancelled. If any payments is made after 12pm, please contact our customer service for refund processing. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference.

Your order won't be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Is my payment secure?
All credit card information are securely encrypted and stored with our gateway 2C2P. SITI KHADIJAH does not keep any information of card users at our end.
My payment was successful, but I did not get any order confirmation. Help!
Once payment is successful, an automated email confirmation will be sent to you. Kindly check your spam and junk folder as well. If there is no email received, kindly contact us at [email protected] or call us for us to check further.
What is the difference face type of SITI KHADIJAH Telekung?
|Rubber liners that do not affect the face.||The face and head are using stretchable material.|
What is the size of SITI KHADIJAH Telekung?
Our sizes are refer to the Telekung face and its variety from S, M, L and XL (not all design produce with all this sizes). Meanwhile our terms of FREE SIZE are refer to M size measurement.

What type of material SITI KHADIJAH Telekung used?
Our fabrics are developed by our owned R&d Team. It'sdurable, non-violeted, infrequent eye, breathable and its handfeel structure (cotton feel).
How to care SITI KHADIJAH Telekung?
It's advisable to hand wash instead of washing machine as our fabrics are special. Please do not bleach and wash separately using mild detergent. To have it dry please do not dry direct under the sun too.
Return Policy / Refund
What's your return & exhange policy?
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Siti Khadijah:
1. 30 calendar days after receiving the product ordered from the official SITI KHADIJAH website (www.sitikhadijah.com)
2. Any product for which the return request has not been submitted within the above period is not eligible for return.
3. Products shipped for return must be in new and original condition, not washed and unused, in the original product packaging and with the price label and original product label.
4. SITI KHADIJAH reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shipped for return does not meet the above requirements.
5. Requests for return, exchange & refunds for products purchased must be addressed to our Customer Service Team via email : [email protected] or whatsapp to 019-3030467 and we will assist you promptly.
6. Size is not suitable (Can be exchange with same collection only)
7. Returns, exchanges & refund are not allowed for change of mind.
1. Once your order arrives back at Siti Khadijah HQ, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.
2. If the product has been discounted with a promotion or coupon code, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount you paid.
